The buildings are located within the Henderson Defence Precinct boundary announced by the Australian Government on 24 August 2026 and will be available for an initial period of 18-24 months. Occupancy periods and associated commercial arrangements may be subject to review and adjustment in response to future decisions and timing relating to the Henderson Defence Precinct.
